This is a vintage Cabeza Leon extra full hollow made in Spain. This razor looks, and feels identical to a Filarmonica #14. To me this is the exact same as a Filarmonica 14.
The razor sits snug and centers nicely however the front side of the scale has an inside warp. The pivot uses 2 hex screws to hold the razor in place. Overall the razor is in great polished condition with the only exception being a patch of pitting on the backside just under the spine/shoulder.
