Wester Bros was located in New-York: 1904-1967
Originally founded in 1891 as Jacoby & Wester. 
Wester Bros sold imported shaving products made by Wester & Butz, Solingen, Germany (1832)
 
Blade looks great, clean with a nice polished finish. Razor closes center and pins are tight. ITang engraving is still fully present. The usual small little stains left and right, but hardly noticeable. Overal in excellent condition.
