All users and/or customers of maxsprecher.com agree that access to and use of maxsprecher.com are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use maxsprecher.com
LIABILITY
When submitting an order through our secured online web site, or when relying on any information obtained from maxsprecher.com when submitting an email, phone or fax order, you acknowledge and indicate acceptance of all of the above terms and conditions.
maxsprecher.com reserves the right to cancel, refuse or limit quantities of any order placed through our web site if the acceptance would impose upon us any unreasonable obligation, risk or liability. Any such order may be cancelled in whole or in part and refunded appropriately. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for a product that is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or pricing errors.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, but not limited to Acts of God, (including, without limitation, strikes, natural disaters,riots,... ).
PAYMENT METHOD
Prices are subject to change without notice. All sales are final. In order to cut down on overhead costs and in turn offer you the lowest possible price, we accept orders that are processed online using a major credit or debit card. maxsprecher.com accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners credit cards and debit cards with the VISA or Mastercard logo. We do accept money orders or cashier checks for US customers (please contact us). We also offer Paypal as a secure payment check-out.
SALES TAX
Any order that is shipped to addresses in the state of Nevada is subject to a 8.375% sales tax. We are required by law to charge Nevada state sales tax. Sales tax will automatically be calculated and added to any order shipped to Nevada. Sales tax will not be charged to orders from any other state.
SHIPPING AND HANLING
We offer several shipping options with or without tracking to insured or not insured parcels. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels if the buyer decides not to choose and pay extra for the tracking and/or insurance options.
We do ship internationally to Canada, Japan, Europe and South American countries. If your country is not listed in our payment page please don't hesitate to contact us. We use USPS for all international shipments unless otherwise requested or specified. We cannot be held responsible for any taxes or duties that can be charged at customs from the receiving country. Please check with your local duties offices.
RETURNS
Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. If there is a problem, contact us within 7 days of receipt of order. If your order arrives damaged, or it isn’t what you ordered, please contact our customer service within 7 calendar days of delivery.
For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on personal care products such as razors, shaving brushes, shaving soap, grooming supplies or products which have been used, unless defective.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations for ready to ship/for sale, straight razors will be accepted prior to shipping of the order by e-mail only. If an order has already been shipped or was not able to be canceled due to shipping procedures then the customer will be responsible for return of item(s) per maxsprecher.com product and/or return policy.
Cancellations for 'custom straight razors made to order' need to be made within 24 hours after placing your initial custom order. You will receive your full amount minus the merchant fees which are non refundable. There is a $100.00 non refundable fee for any custom order cancellation request after 24 hours from your initial order. If the custom order was already being worked on the cancellation fee is 50% of the total purchase order. If the custom order is finished the full deposit or total purchase order is non refundable.
LAYAWAYS
We offer layaway terms on ready to ship items which will require a 25% deposit, and must be fully paid within the agreed layaway approved period. Any layaway not paid within the approved period, must be extended by us on approval. No refunds or cancellations will be given on layaways. Custom orders on layaway require a 25% deposit on the total of the requested custom order. The custom razor only gets worked on when the remaining balance has been cleared regardless how long you take. Deposits are non refundable in case a customer cancels his custom order. Please contact us for any layaway or deposit requests.
PRODUCT RENDERING
Although we make every effort to provide true and accurate colors for our products listed on our web site and as a result of individual computers and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the color(s) viewed on ones monitor will be an exact match to the actual material colors delivered.
CONTENT AND DESIGN
Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512c, it is in violation to modify, enhance, reproduce download, upload, republish, post, copy, clip, scan, sell, exhibit, publish, license or otherwise distribute any of these images without the written permission or express consent of the artist and, or the owner.
Some of the images used are the property of maxsprecher.com and any questions related to permissions or express consent needs to be addressed with maxsprecher.com.
Any unauthorized use of the images from maxsprecher.com may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
The design and layout is protected by the United States and International law and other intellectual property proprietary rights and may not be copied or imitate in whole or in part.
